"I am quite pleased with my recent purchase of a Superior Master 25 safe from Aaron of Parker’s Safes & Vaults. Aaron made it super easy and a pleasure to shop, gather info, and then to purchase the safe best tailored to my needs. Aaron has a relaxed ambiance about him; he is most accommodating with his patience and helpful attitude, and he graciously offers his wealth of knowledge and information regarding safes and security when requested. Also, Parker’s Safes & Vaults had the best price of anybody anywhere on the particular safe I purchased ultimately. As well Aaron and Nate did a superb job delivering and installing my 800 pound safe hauled over 75 miles, up seven front steps, maneuvered down and around narrow hallways and doorways, 90 degree turn upon 90 degree turn on solid wood floors, and without a mishap of any sort. And all this for the most reasonable of delivery prices I found anywhere. I am loathe to mention it, as it is rather trivial, but I did have to wait 12 weeks (4 weeks longer than anticipated) for my safe to arrive, but this was due to the COVID-19 outbreak and in no way the fault of Aaron’s or Parker’s Safes & Vaults. But, nevertheless, I was elated to hear Aaron knocking at my front door as scheduled in less than a week after he received the safe at his place of business. Also, I would be remiss were I to not add that there was one hiccup experienced after the safe was installed in the desired location and during the set-up process. It seems there was a glitch with the lock mechanism. However Aaron was able to correct the matter to my complete satisfaction, and since the replacement lock has been working perfectly. As well, this one small anomaly with the lock only lends itself in attesting to Aaron’s knowledge of, and skillfulness with safes. In my experience, there are lots of companies that can sell you a safe but really aren't much help when it comes to moving and installation.
